- Php5,000 Reservation Fee shall be made to Guarantee the Booking of your Event. Reservation Fee is Non-Refundable
- 50% DownPayment 2 weeks or more shall be made before your Event
- 50% Shall be paid one week before the Event

There are TWO (2) ways you can pay us. Choose the best payment methods for your convenience You can Pay at our Office or You can make payments via deposit to our Bank Account

Check payments are subject to 3 day bank clearance

- 50% Down Payment
- 50% Full Payment one week before the event
- 50% of the contract price will be forfeited for cancellation made three (3) days prior to the event
- Executive Gourmet Catering Services will not be liable for Any food provided by our Client which may cause harmful effect on human health.
- Sudden Changes on the date of the event on our contract due to unpredictable weather such as typhoons etc. will not be entertained if all raw materials needed for your chosen package were already purchased. Otherwise you will be charged accordingly.
- All losses and breakages on the property of the Venue caused by negligence of guests will be charged to your bill.
- Gate entrance fee and caterer’s bond at the venue will be charged to your bill
- Four (4) Hours of Waiter Service only, Php70.00 per hour will be charge in excess thereof.
- If Venue is located at second floor and up of a building without service elevator, Php50 per hour per waiter per floor will be charged
- Transportation fee will be charged for out of town venues
- Disposable plastic bags are not provided for excess food. Our Company Waiters are strictly prohibited in bringing plastic bags or any food container intended for food keeping.
