Desserts are very important in every party because they complete each menu set that catering services and restaurants are offering. Desserts are basically anything sweet that can take away the “umay” factor of the main dish. Among the popular desserts that we usually see on menu set are fruit salads, buko pandan, and others. Pastries are also among the popular choices but it is very rare the cheesecakes are included in the list. This is maybe because cheesecakes are not popular compared to chocolate or mocha cake.
Cheesecake is basically a pastry dessert that is usually made of fresh, soft cheese or cream cheese with a crust usually made of biscuit. Cheesecakes are also topped with fruits, nuts, syrups or chocolate depending on the type of cheesecake you want. To have a different and more unique dessert on your next event, ask your caterer to serve you with different kind of cheesecakes during desserts.
