As we approach Christmas holiday, heavy construction of menu is going on to the minds of Mommies. Most people, especially who are conscious of their diet and health have no choice but to consume foods with high gluten. And no, the wholesale essence of famous cookies is not being renovated. So people must be informed that they should minimize the consumption of foods with high content of gluten this season and cookies which can have a lot of gluten is a start.

It is not that we should not eat cookies, but we must be knowledgeable of disadvantages of gluten to our body. First of all gluten is mostly establish as ingredient of wheat, it is a form of protein.
