TERMS OF CATERING SERVICES
Executive Gourmet Catering Services requires Php10,000.00 reservation fee for booking confirmation. Reservation fee is deductible from the total amount. 50% down payment shall be paid one (1) month or more before the event and 50% balance shall be paid one (1) week or more before the event except for government catering event or corporate catering services paying through Send Bill Arrangement or Purchase Order which is payable within thirty (30) days after the invoice date or the start or end date of the event
Checks are to be crossed and are made payable to EXECUTIVE GOURMET CATERING SERVICES and subject to 3 days bank clearance.
CATERER’S Services shall include the inclusions stipulated at the catering service contract of agreement and shall be paid in full in accordance with the terms stated with or without full consummation.
The CATERER shall not be required to provide additional place setting for food and beverage. The CLIENT shall be responsible for the safety and security of all the guests and their personal property. Any breakage and loses due to accidents incurred by the guest of the CLIENT shall be billed separately after the event.
It shall be understood that everything is in order if the CATERER does not receive any written complaint from the CLIENT within 24 hours from the end of the function.
Subdivision Gate entrance fees and CATERER’s bond at the venue will be billed/charged to the CLIENT.
The CLIENT shall be solely responsible for securing all the necessary permits, gate passes, authorization and clearances necessary for the CATERER to effectively set-up it’s equipment and paraphernalia at the venue. The duration of the party shall be limited to 4 hours starting from the serving time. Additional Overtime Fee of 80 pesos per waiter will be charged per hour of extension.
If venue is located at the upper floor with no service elevator Additional Service fee of 50 pesos per floor per waiter will be charged. If venues is 100 meters away from unloading area additional fee of 100 pesos per waiter shall be charged. The CLIENT shall not be allowed to add any type of food not prepared by the CATERER for food safety reasons. If the CLIENT wishes to bring in food not prepared by the CATERER. Executive Gourmet Catering Services, the CATERER is automatically relieved from all liabilities due to food poisoning and spoilage. Food exposed in room temperature for more than 3 hours might get spoiled. Any delay on the stated serving time or bring home left-over food, the CATERER shall be relieved from all liabilities if food poisoning or any problem should arise.
In the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances beyond Executive Gourmet Catering Services’ control caused by accident, fire, earthquake, typhoon, strikes, vehicular accident or extra ordinary vehicular traffic and other event that may affect the normal catering operations the latter is not held liable for the consequences it may have caused the event. The CLIENT should not revise the approved layout during the actual day of set-up that will cause delay. The CATERER is otherwise authorized to revise the layout if needed due to the venue’s restriction such as power source, water source and the like that would affect the layout. In case of outdoor functions, an extra laundry charge of 15.00 per person is applicable in case of rain and no tents were provided or rented by the CLIENT. This will cover the CATERER’s extra laundry expenses.
This Terms and conditions are taken into effect upon down payment.
Non-payment of balances a week before the event reserves the right for Executive Gourmet Catering Services, the CATERER to CANCEL all services without any refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All down payment fee are forfeited upon reservation cancellation. Reservation and down payment fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable.
SECURITY
The customer agrees that all clients will abide by security measures in effect at the event location.
CATERING SERVICE RESCHEDULING
At times, you must reschedule your event date due to unavoidable circumstances on your part. You will give us as much advance notice as possible of any such rescheduling. Rescheduling of booked event is not allowed 1 day before the event
GENERAL
These terms and conditions set out above represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and changes will apply to any event booking received after the date of the change. This agreement will be governed by Philippines law, without regard to any conflicts of law.
