And your services are at risk.

3. Catering needs ample space and equipment

Every catering company must have enough resources. There must be enough space for the food preparation, storage equipment (refrigerator and freezer) and cooking paraphernalia. More especially when catering a wedding, it in deed requires varied stuff for the presentation such as tables, chairs including skirting, dining utensils and much more.
